Measuring Your Bra Size
If you already know your bra size, use that. If not then use the guide below as a starting point. Measuring your bra size is not an exact science, but this industry standard method has proven to be a good guide. Remember these measurements must be taken directly against the skin, not over any clothing.
Step 1
Measure your back size
Following the guide above, measure around your rib-cage, just below the breast and following more or less where your bra strap would normally go.
Step 2
Measure your bust size
Following the guide above, measure around the fullest part of your bust, normally at the level of your nipples.
